    Description

    About Accredian:

    Accredian is a fast growing edtech company that was started in 2018 by ISB MBAs. The

    company has so far served 18,000+ professionals working in almost 3000 companies.

    Accredian arms working professionals with next generation skills like Data Science, Digital

    Transformation, Business Management, Product management in partnership with top tier

    institutions like IITs, IIMs, XLRI and provides them a transformative learning experience to

    help them move up in their careers.

    The Role:

    In this role, you will be working with the academic operations team of the

    company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

    ● Planning batch calendars, faculty calendars and releasing these calendars to students

    and other stakeholders.

    ● Achieve monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals from current students.

    ● Collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to the relevant

    faculty and head of department.

    ● Make faculty contracts, prepare invoices of billing

    ● Take end-to-end responsibility of student experience and ensure that their queries are

    resolved immediately

    ● Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able to undergo

    the program smoothly

    CTC: 3.6LPA- 5.5LPA

    What all you need?

    ● Strong communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English

    ● Passion for education is a must.

    ● Should have demonstrated the ability to multi-task and should be able to work with

    great speed

    ● Should have demonstrated experience of handling complex problems

    ● Minimum 1+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries
