    Description
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage statutory compliance engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
    • Review financial statements, accounting records, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with statutory
      regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on statutory matters, including corporate governance,
      taxation, and regulatory compliance.
    • Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients to address compliance issues and resolve queries.
    • Stay updated on changes in statutory regulations, accounting standards, and taxation laws, and communicate relevant updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge in statutory compliance.

      Qualifications and Experience:

    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0 - 1 years of experience in statutory audit.
    • Strong understanding of auditing standards, principles, and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in audit engagements.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
    • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve common goals.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software/tools.

      Please Note:
    • Work Timings: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday, and Two working Saturdays)
    • Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
