    Description
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Leadand manage statutory compliance engagements for clients acrossvarious industries ensuring timely and accurate completion ofdeliverables.
    • Reviewfinancial statements accounting records and other relevantdocuments to ensure compliance with statutory
      regulationsand reportingrequirements.
    • Providestrategic guidance and recommendations to clients on statutorymatters including corporate governance
      taxation andregulatorycompliance.
    • Liaisewith regulatory authorities auditors and other stakeholders onbehalf of clients to address compliance issues and resolvequeries.
    • Stayupdated on changes in statutory regulations accounting standardsand taxation laws and communicate relevant updates to clients andinternalstakeholders.
    • Mentorand guide junior team members providing training and support toenhance their skills and knowledge in statutorycompliance.

      Qualifications andExperience:

    • QualifiedChartered Accountant (CA) with 0 1 years of experience in statutoryaudit.
    • Strongunderstanding of auditing standards principles and practices withthe ability to apply them effectively in auditengagements.
    • Excellentanalytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with theability to exercise sound judgment anddiscretion.
    • Provenleadership abilities with experience in managing and motivatingteams to achieve commongoals.
    • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interactconfidently with clients and stakeholders at alllevels.
    • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and auditsoftware/tools.

    • WorkTimings: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday Friday and Two workingSaturdays)
    • Location:Bangalore (Work fromOffice)
