    Details:

    As a Service Management Analyst, you will be responsible for functioning within the service department team, handling customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. Your role will involve ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships, and driving repeat business.


    • Provide customers with the information they need for equipment rental or purchase
    • Develop contracts for commercial contractors and developers for ongoing equipment needs
    • Train sales staff on upselling, customer satisfaction, and brand promotion
    • Manage the work order system, including invoice logging and service invoicing
    • Instruct customers on equipment operation, care, and maintenance
    • Inspect rental equipment upon return and process deposits
    • Enhance sales through effective hiring, training, and management strategies
