    We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyse every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

    The goal is to enable the company's leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company's objectives.


    Responsibilities :
    Good Knowledge in Accounts Receivables and PayablesExperience on dealing with Clients & Vendors, Bank and other commercial activitiesE
    • Invoice Generation and uploading in the GST portal and validating the sameE Invoice Billing on daily & monthly basis and circulate to centre's after validating with GST portal.
    E-Invoice Credit Note raising and sharing to centre team and clients.
    Client Reconciliation in every month.
    AS reconciliation on quarterly, half yearly & yearly basis.

    Follow up for agreements & KYC on daily basis for preparation of FOBFiling of agreements hard copies and documentation of soft copiesKYC validation for new clients.

    Customer Receipt, Collection follow-up & TDS accountingCoordinating and supporting to centers on daily basis.

    Invoice Circulation to Clients and Centre team daily and monthly basisReminder (1, 2 &3) for collection and support for Client outstanding list preparation.

    Knowledge & Hand on experience in preparation of statutory filing work, MIS etcAny other Adhoc work which assigned to you especially.

    Good knowledge in TallyRequirements and skillsProven experience as a Financial ManagerExperience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analystExtensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patternsStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsA solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principlesWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulationsProfessional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
