    Job Title: Java Technical Architect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and visionary Technical Architect to join our team. The Technical Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of complex technical solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the architecture and design of complex software solutions, with a focus on Java, Docker and Microservices.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
    • Implement best practices in software development and ensure code quality and scalability.
    • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, including architectural design and implementation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
    • Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams.
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Full stack Solution Architect.
    • Expertise in Java, Docker, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, MySQL, and Elasticsearch is a must.
    • Exposure to React and is an added advantage.
    • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services is a requirement.
    • AWS Solution Architect certification (a plus).
    • Knowledge of Elasticsearch (a plus).
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Collaborative and team-oriented work style.
