    Job Description :


    As a Technical Architect at Nibav Lifts, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technical solutions that align with our business objectives.

    The Technical Architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and robust solutions.

    Key Responsibilities :


    • Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
    • Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to the organization. Conduct feasibility studies and make recommendations for technology adoption or improvement.
    • Guidance and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledgesharing sessions.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in projects and propose mitigation strategies. Anticipate technical challenges and provide solutions to overcome them.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to architecture, design decisions, and technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Proven experience (8years) as a Technical Architect or similar role in a technology driven environment.

    • Indepth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
