    Job Description :

    As a Technical Architect at Nibav Lifts, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technical solutions that align with our business objectives. The Technical Architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and robust solutions.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Solution Design :

    Lead the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

    Technology Evaluation :

    Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to the organization.

    Conduct feasibility studies and make recommendations for technology adoption or improvement.

    Guidance and Mentorship :

    Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

    Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

    Risk Management :

    Identify potential risks in projects and propose mitigation strategies.

    Anticipate technical challenges and provide solutions to overcome them.

    Documentation :

    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.

    Qualifications :

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Proven experience 8 years as a Technical Architect or similar role in a technology driven environment.

    In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

    Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
