    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and expectations.
    • Define user personas and user journey maps to identify opportunities for improvement and inform design decisions.
    • Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups for various features and functionalities.
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of UX best practices into the development process.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.
    • Champion usercentered design principles and advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest trends and best practices in SaaS UX and user research methodologies.
    • Document design decisions, processes, and best practices to maintain consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing.

    Qualifications :

    • Experience as a UX Designer or a related field, with a strong track record in designing SaaS products.
    • Proven experience in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design for software applications
    • Deep understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices for SaaS platforms.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
    • Proficient in design tools like Figma, or Adobe XD.
    • Familiarity with user testing tools and methodologies.
    • Passion for SaaS and a strong understanding of the B2B technology landscape.
