    Description

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Conduct quantitative research and analysis to identify alphagenerating investment opportunities in equity markets.
    • Develop and implement systematic trading strategies using quantitative models and algorithms.
    • Manage portfolio risk and optimize capital allocation to achieve desired riskreturn objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, factor exposures, and other relevant data to inform investment decisions.
    • Collaborate with research, trading, and risk management teams to enhance investment processes and performance.
    Core Skills Required:


    • Proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
    • Strong understanding of equity markets, financial instruments, and trading strategies.
    • Experience with quantitative portfolio management techniques, including factor modeling, risk management, and optimization.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a teamoriented environment.
    Preferred Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in quantitative portfolio management or related roles within the hedge fund industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quantitative investment strategies.
    • Experience with machine learning techniques and alternative data sources for alpha Bachelor's degree in quantitative finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.
    D.) preferred.

    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CAIA) a plus.
