Customer Support Engineer - BioMedical

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Pay rate: 26000 to 31000

Description:
Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.
Respond to customer complaints.
Support evaluation and resolution of problems of the customer.
Assists in installing the instrument.
Assist in analysing and review of findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer requirements.
Works alongside technical sales engineers; offers customer training for the product; repairs, tests and maintains equipment.
Monitors performance of the product.
Maintains product manuals.
Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
Develops and maintains relations with customers.

Qualification:
Btech or BE in bio medical or electronics and telecommunications/ instrumentation/ electrical

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Pay rate: 26000 to 31000
