    Purposeof the role:
    Billing Engineer verifies onsitemeasurement & rates with Project specifications and cost.
    Checks the quantum of work stated in the bill against actual workdone. Analysis of Bill claimed by contractors or vendors andclosing of thesame.

    Duties& Responsibilities:

    Must haveprevious allround experience of item rate billing in reputedConstruction Companies with thorough ability to work on computersaccurately along with proficiency in Autocad.

    Candidate must have thorough knowledgeof Work Order clauses & its Interpretation Direct &Indirect Taxation Scrutiny of Accounts Ledger Final BillsSettlement & getting Contract Closure documents signedoff.

    Candidate must be experienced enough inParticipating & Conducting Audit of Billing documents at aregular intervalBills from the work sitesare to be prepared in a standard printedformat.

    Billing engineers maintain andbalance the income generation and advancement of any project at thesites by observing the work from the workplaceitself.

    He must know estimation and costingBBS (Bar Bending Schedule) Rate analysis Labor and machineryanalysis which enables him to carry out billing works at adifferent stage of construction with proper efficiency andaccuracy.


    SkillsRequired:
    Knowledge of estimation andcosting. Knowledge of Bar Bending Scheduleand Labor and machinery analysis.
    Proficiency with MS Excel Office Microsoft.
    Detail and performanceoriented
    .Analytical skills. MIS &Reports. Excellent communicationskills. Interpersonalskills
