As an Organizational Change Expert at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive transformations for our clients.
You will lead, strategize, and execute change management initiatives, fostering a dynamic environment that adapts and thrives in ever-evolving landscapes.

Key Outcomes:
- Develop and execute change management plans that result in seamless transitions and positive organizational outcomes.
- Enhance client performance by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead initiatives that improve client organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall effectiveness.
- Source, recruit, and onboard necessary personnel to meet client requirements.
- Provide onsite human resources support, including all HR activities, at client locations.
- Implement strategies that address performance management challenges and elevate client success.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client performance issues and conduct thorough analyses to identify underlying causes.
- Collaborate with client leadership to develop customized change management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations to facilitate understanding and buyin for change initiatives.
- Regularly assess project progress, analyze feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Travel to client locations as necessary to provide handson support and oversee the implementation of change strategies.
- Build relationships with client teams to create an environment of trust and open communication.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill client staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is in place.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align change management efforts with broader organizational strategies.
- Monitor the impact of change initiatives, gather data, and provide regular progress reports to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Capability to Operate and Contribute at Client Locations Across PAN India, While Remaining Under Our Payroll:
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing complex situations and devising effective strategies.
- Professional certifications in change management or related fields is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Google Workspace App and excel is mandatory.

Willingness to travel extensively and operate from diverse client locations across PAN India, all while maintaining employment under our payroll.

₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
