Purpose of the position - Managing order processing operations of assigned sellers, work on reducing the order to ship timelines and increase in adherence of TAT.


Key Deliverables -

  • The person will be responsible for managing Seller Omnichannel operations & ensuring the customer promise & internal TATs are met. This involves daily coordination with the partner stores / warehouses for on time handover of shipments, logistics partners for timely pickup & deliveries.
  • 2. Monitor the performance of the sellers & the logistics partner.
  • 3. Monitor multiple parameters like Order to Ship TAT, Ship to Delivery TAT, Overall Order to Delivery TAT, Seller Rejections & make changes to optimize the performance.
  • 4. Resolve any disputes related to the seller, mall management, logistic partner.
  • 5. Innovate and implement new ideas to improve the performance of Same day & Next day deliveries.

Key Skills required -

  • Proficient in excel.
  • 2. Strong interpersonal skills (both verbal & written)
  • 3. Basic analytical skills and understanding of ecommerce / retail operations would be an advantage.
