    Description

    Title : Adobe Target & Adobe Analytics Specialist

    Experience : Must have 5+ Years of experiencein Adobe Target & Adobe Analytics

    Location : Pune/ Bangalore/ Chennai

    Notice: Prefer Early Joiners

    Responsibilities:

    • Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns, optimizing user experiences and driving higher ROI.
    • Constructively interact with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into KPI metrics for Adobe Analytics.
    • Assess and audit the current state of platform configurations for both Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics, accelerating remediation plans as needed.
    • Implement and maintain data layers for Adobe Analytics to ensure accurate data collection, collaborating closely with development teams.
    • Create tagging frameworks and deploy tags across websites and mobile applications using Tag Management Systems, ensuring all KPIs are properly tracked.
    • Design and code HTML and JavaScript data collection logic for websites and mobile applications, enhancing data collection capabilities.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of digital campaigns in Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics, iterating strategies to achieve higher ROI and user engagement.
    • Communicate effectively with upstream and downstream teams regarding execution against desired testing strategies and campaign optimizations.
    • Provide consulting for website optimization and customized experience strategies based on findings from optimization tests in Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
    • Generate insights from Adobe Analytics reports and lead actions based on findings, communicating results to stakeholders and driving actionable recommendations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics implementations, collaborating with development teams and external partners as needed.
    • Act as a common channel between development/implementation teams and business teams, translating technical aspects to business requirements and vice versa.
    • Guide and mentor junior associates on technical aspects related to Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Target administration, A/B testing, and user interface development, with hands-on experience in developing user interfaces for large multinational corporations.
    • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including data collection, reporting, and interpretation, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and data reporting.
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with intermediate JavaScript skills and experience in event tracking and plugin implementation.
    • Expertise in Tag Management Systems, preferably Adobe Launch or DTM, with experience in configuring end-to-end solutions for Adobe Analytics implementations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate trends from Adobe Analytics reports into actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
    • Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery model and familiarity with Adobe certifications preferred.
    • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and dedicated to customer success, with an innovative and solutions-oriented mindset.
