    Qualification:

    Graduation in any stream

    Min Experience

    1)Minimum 6 Months of experience in Tele calling preferred.

    2) Fresher may also apply.

    Salary:-

    17500/- + ESI + Other Statutory benefits

    Age

    Not exceeding 30 years.

    Language Required

    • Kannada and English
    • Kannada, English, and Hindi
    • Kannada, English, Telugu
    • Kannada, English, Tamil

    Proficiency in any extra language along with Kannada and English will be an added advantage.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Answering calls and resolving queries about products
    • Lead conversion – Pre-approved loan products
    • Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on Products other than pre-approved loans.
    • Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to the Sales group for closing the leads.
    • Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
    • Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product descriptions and offers and campaigns utilizing pre-defined scripts.
    • Obtaining customer feedback and handling queries & complaints, if any
