    Role we looking in for

    Position: Area Manager Sales

    Experience Min 6 to Max 8 years (out of which 4 years Team handling)

    Qualification Any Graduate / Post Graduate

    Preferred location Navi Mumbai and Thane (Only preferred locations will be contacted)

    Salary budget 7LPA to 8LPA only

    About the role:

    Looking for Area Manager Sales, who is well versed with tracking the teams daily performance and hands on experience in scaling up the team. A complete revenue generating mindset through team members and elevating then to achieve targets and creating a potential of earning higher incentives.

    Job responsibilities:

    Team Building & Recruitment (Should bring 10-15 team members along)

    Training and motivating team members for achieving the set targets

    Set up performance targets within the assigned territory and monitoring their actual delivery

    Responsible for driving engagement and activation of agent network in the respective cities/zones

    Ensure a continuous flow of listings for the city with the help of agents

    Regularly visiting the agents to build a strong influence over the network

    Ensuring quality leads to agents and their account management/servicing

    Coordinating with cross functional departments like tech, marketing to ensure partner satisfaction

    Ensuring engagement of agents through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company

    Strategy formulation and business development plans for the company, setting up all processes and creating the roadmap for the products

    Drive key strategic initiatives, Introduce and promote new products & services. Conduct market research and track competition to fine-tune offering

    A successful candidate for this role requires:

    Any graduate / post graduate degree

    Team Handling skills

    Stability with the companies worked with

    Output deriving capability
