    Description

    Location:
    GurgaonYears of Experience: 3-5Skills: Microsoft OfficeSuite, Project Management

    Structures the technical work of project.
    Provides technical leadership to team members,Tickets to be reviewed on daily basis.
    User feedback & corrective action incase require.

    Knowledge base deployment and updation including Matrix of TeamTeam Meeting on regular basisHandling EscalationsTeam Training on regular intervalVendor Co-ordination as on when require.

    Focus on SLAManages the execution of a project plan, including quality and completion of own work while simultaneously monitoring the work of team members.

    Should have 3+ years ExperienceGood knowledge of MS Office and any Ticketing toolTechnically strong on Windows environment, able to handle small team.

    Able to coordinate with vendor. Good understanding on ITIL process.
