    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled andmotivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Thesuccessfulcandidate will be responsible foranalyzing and interpreting complex data sets providingactionableinsights and supporting datadrivendecisionmaking across various departments. Proficiency inPowerBI and Excel including advancedfunctions and data manipulation techniques is crucial for thisrole.
    Location: Bandra East Mumbai Work fromOffice
    Responsibilities:
    DataAnalysis andVisualization:
    • UtilizePower BI to connect and integrate data from multiple sourcesperform data modeling and create visually compelling reports anddashboards.
    • Develop interactive visualizationscharts and graphs to present complex data in a clear and concisemanner.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand their data requirements and translate them intomeaningful visualizations and reports.
    • Conductindepth data analysis to identify trends patterns and outliers andprovide actionable insights to support decisionmakingprocesses.
    • Continuously monitor data qualityand accuracy to ensure reliable and consistentreporting.
    ETL andDataTransformation:
    • PerformExtract Transform and Load (ETL) operations to extract data fromvarious sources transform and cleanse it and load it into theappropriate data models.
    • Develop and maintaindata pipelines and workflows to automate data integrationprocesses.
    • Collaborate with the IT team toensure data integrity and implement best practices for datamanagement.
    ExcelDataAnalysis:
    • Utilizeadvanced Excel functions and formulas to manipulate and analyzelarge data sets.
    • Create and maintain complexspreadsheets using pivot tables VLOOKUP and other relevant featuresto summarize and visualize dataeffectively.
    • Develop Excelbased reporting toolstemplates and macros to streamline data analysisprocesses.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in a related field (e.g. Statistics Mathematics ComputerScience) or equivalent practicalexperience.
    • Proven experience as a Data Analystor similar role with a strong focus on data visualization andanalysis.
    • Proficiency in Power BI includingdata connection modeling ETL measures calculated columns andvisualization techniques.
    • Advanced knowledge ofExcel including pivot tables VLOOKUP macros and other datamanipulation functions.
    • Strong analyticalthinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to translatecomplex data into actionableinsights.
    • Excellent attention to detail anddata accuracy ensuring highqualitydeliverables.
    • Strong communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to effectively presentfindings to both technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
    • Experience with SQL or otherprogramming languages is a plus.
    • Familiaritywith statistical analysis and data mining techniques is anadvantage.
