    Description

    Functional Competencies:

    Blueprint Reading:

    • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
    • Understanding of construction plans and specifications.

    Construction Knowledge:

    • Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
    • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

    Measurement and Surveying:

    • Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment.
    • Conducting site surveys and accurately recording measurements.

    Quality Control:

    • Ensuring construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
    • Identifying and addressing defects or discrepancies.

    Safety Compliance:

    • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
    • Promoting a safe working environment and adherence to safety procedures.

    Documentation:

    • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports and site records.
    • Tracking materials and equipment used on-site.

    Project Coordination:

    • Assisting Seniors in project planning and coordination.
    • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including contractors and subcontractors.

    AutoCAD and Design Software:

    • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or other design and drafting software.
    • Ability to create and modify drawings as needed.

    Ethical Conduct:

    • Upholding ethical standards in construction practices.
    • Maintaining integrity and honesty in all interactions.

    Initiative:

    • Taking proactive steps to assist in project execution.
    • Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements.

    Customer Focus:

    • Understanding client needs and expectations.
    • Striving to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client requirements.
    • Maintaining Client Relationship during their visits.
