    Description

    Job Title: MEP ProjectEngineer
    Location: CoimbatoreIndia

    JobOverview: We are seeking a skilled MEP (MechanicalElectrical and Plumbing) Project Engineer to manage and oversee theMEP design work for a variety of projects including residentialinstitutional healthcare hospitality and heritage projects. Theideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complexMEP systems and be deeply committed to sustainable buildingpractices.


    Requirements

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Leadthe MEP design process for various projects ensuring all mechanicalelectrical and plumbing systems integrate well with thearchitecturalintent.
    • Managethe coordination between design and site operations ensuringseamless execution of MEP strategiesonsite.
    • Engagein detailed planning and execution of HVAC electrical plumbing andfire fightingsystems.
    • Activelyparticipate in meetings with architects contractors and otherstakeholders to discuss and resolve MEP designissues.
    • Ensurecompliance with all relevant building codes and safetystandards.
    • Drivethe implementation of sustainable practices and green buildingtechnologies within the MEPsphere.
    • Superviseand mentor junior engineers and other technicalstaff.
    • Prepareand present detailed reports and design documents to uppermanagement andclients.
    • Overseethe troubleshooting and resolution of MEP related issues duringconstruction.

    Qualifications:

    • DiplomaBachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Electrical or PlumbingEngineering or a relatedfield.
    • Atleast 3 years of experience in MEP management preferably in anarchitecture or constructionfirm.
    • Strongunderstanding of architectural concepts and integration with MEPsystems.

Drive the implementation of sustainablepractices and green building technologies within the MEP sphere.Supervise and mentor junior engineers and other technical staff.Prepare and present detailed reports and design documents to uppermanagement and clients. Oversee the troubleshooting and resolutionof MEP related issues during construction.
