    Description
    System Engineer-YG
    • Location: Chennai, India
    • Contract Type: Permanent
    • Field: IT (Information Technology)
    Responsibilities
    • Support various Office 365 applications such as Exchange Online, MS Teams, Skype for Business, and more
    • Provide Tier 1 support, monitor Office 365 tenants, and troubleshoot multiple technologies like Windows10, Intune, and SCCM
    • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and provide training to peers on Office 365 applications
    • Write custom scripts (PowerShell) to address user issues and manage O365 Knowledge base content
    • Ensure proper tenant licenses alignment to users' requirements and coordinate with L2 L3 teams
    • Set up administrator and service accounts, install system-wide software, and perform other necessary duties
    Profile Required
    • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience
    • Demonstrated professionalism in issue resolution and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills and understanding of O365 Suite and environment
    • Knowledge of desktop client administration, remote desktop support, and legacy Microsoft Office Suites
    • Desired skills include familiarity with Windows operating system, server and network administration, ITIL methodologies, and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

    Eligible Degrees: B. Tech, M. Tech, Dual Degree (B. Tech + M. Tech/ Integrated Course), MCA in branches of CS/IT and Circuit branches (Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, Instrumentation, Maths & Computing, Engineering Physics, and related degrees)
