    We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead a team of talented engineers in providing technical solutions and maintaining systems. This role demands a solid technical background complemented by strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project direction, team management, and ensuring the successful implementation of engineering tasks, contributing significantly to innovation and achieving business goals.


    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor cloud assets such as databases, virtual machines, firewalls, and sources.
    • Ensure efficient management of employee needs in the cloud environment.
    • Oversee the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline and recommend enhancements.
    • Address and resolve production outages and performance issues within the Cloud infrastructure.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance monitoring and alerting processes for hosts and services.
    • Adhere to on-premise and cloud security protocols.
    • Demonstrate strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Develop and maintain Run books for procedures, workflows, and documentation to support team and client interactions with the Cloud Infrastructure.
    • Create and manage SOP tribe knowledge for monitoring automation activities.
    • Provide technical support to teams and demonstrate a proactive, self-starting attitude.

    Requirements:

    • 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Interest in pursuing a career in technology and cloud engineering.
    • Ability to offer proactive solutions to customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
    • Strong technical knowledge, documentation skills, and effective communication abilities.
    • Availability for 24/7 support, including weekends and holidays.
    • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or Multi-cloud environments.
    • Proficiency in conducting screen sharing calls for issue resolution.
    • Expertise in networking, Linux/Unix, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and adept at multitasking.

    Desired Skills and Experience:


    • Extensive experience in DevOps and Cloud environments.
    • Proficiency in implementing CI & CD pipelines using various tools.
    • Familiarity with infrastructure configuration tools and automation.
    • Expertise in designing applications using container and serverless technologies.
    • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and related technologies.
    • Experience in operating Linux systems and scripting languages.
    • Presentation and communication skills.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and team leadership.
    • Certification in any cloud platform is a plus.
