Responsibilities:

Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Learning: Actively seek opportunities for professional development and stay abreast of best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry, is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- A proactive and resultsdriven approach to recruitment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
