    Position : Sales Manager – Exports

    Reporting : Head Sales

    Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

    International Business, or related field

    MBA or equivalent qualification.

    Industry Focus : Flexible Packaging Industry / Laminating Adhesives Industry

    Work Experience : Minimum 10 to 15 years

    Location : Ambernath, Maharashtra

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager-Exports to join our team at Plant in Ambernath. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the Adhesive Industries in Export Market, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills. As a Sales Manager, will be responsible for driving Exports sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing a team of Regional sales representatives to achieve company objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sale of solvent based and solvent free Laminating Adhesives for Flexible Packaging industry in Export Marke

    2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

    3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and new product launches.

    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with company offerings.

    5. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Regional sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals.

    6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Services , marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

    7. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

    8. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

    9. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies.

    10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and build brand awareness.

    11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

    12. Oversee export logistics, documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers worldwide.

    13. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels in international markets. Explore potential joint ventures, alliances, or acquisitions to strengthen the company's global presence.

    14. Ensure compliance with export laws, trade regulations, and quality standards in all export activities. Mitigate risks related to currency fluctuations, political instability, and market uncertainties.

    15. Negotiate terms and conditions of export contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and finalize export agreements

    Technical Responsibilities

    1. Exceptional Knowledge of Product chemistry, different substrates used in Laminating Adhesive industry.

    2. Exceptional knowledge of Product end use, customer needs, market trends, etc

    Qualifications and Requirement

    · Proven track record of success in sales within the Adhesive industries, with at least 10 to 15 of experience in a sales management role.

    · Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.

    · Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and stakeholders.

    · Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

    · Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.

    · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

    · Willingness to extensive travel as needed within country or outside.

    Additional Notes:

    · The role require travel to international markets for business meetings, trade shows, and customer visits. Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate different time zones and market demands.

    · We also requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of international markets and export procedures within the chemical industry. Successful performance in this role can significantly contribute to the company's global growth and market competitiveness.
