Showroom Sales Executive


Job Overview:

As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products in our showroom. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, demonstrate product features, and close sales transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers entering the showroom and assist them in finding the products they are looking for. Provide information about product features, specifications, and pricing.

Sales Generation: Actively promote products to achieve sales targets. Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close sales.

Product Demonstration: Demonstrate the functionality and benefits of products to customers. Answer any questions or concerns they may have regarding the products.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met after the sale.

Stock Management: Monitor and manage showroom inventory levels. Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.

Merchandising: Ensure that products are displayed in an organized and appealing manner, following company guidelines for showroom presentation.

Administrative Tasks: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and pricing. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a showroom environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Customeroriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.

Working Conditions:


  • This role primarily operates in a showroom environment. The position may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of products.
  • Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts may be required based on business needs.
