Following Instructions: Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff members carefully, adhering to safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and quality standards in all tasks performed.

Tool and Equipment Handling: Learn to use and handle tools, equipment, and machinery specific to your trade safely and efficiently, under supervision and guidance.

Maintenance and Cleaning: Assist in the maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Education and Training:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an ITI program in a specific trade, such as electrician, fitter, welder, mechanic, etc.
