    Description


    Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.


    • Establish quality control processes and procedures to monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
    • Lead a team of quality engineers and inspectors to conduct inspections, audits, and tests to identify and address quality issues.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement, to address qualityrelated issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, and improve overall product quality and reliability.
    • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality standards, procedures, and work instructions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to quality assurance team members to foster a culture of quality excellence.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for qualityrelated inquiries from customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
