Responsibilities:
Execute procedures to meet internal/external SLAs with highquality Train and certify as applicable onbusiness policies and standard operating procedures Adhere to all standard operating procedures andbusiness policies Execute data entry viadatabases Develop and recommend solutionsfor process improvements in addition to supporting implementationof new processes and programs Work withclients to complete day to day BAU activities Support oncall rotations or offshift availability asrequired Perform quality checks to ensuredata integrity for clients and downstream systems Respond to client inquiries via Change RequestsSalesforce tickets and/or Client ServiceRepresentatives Research and respond toE&Y Audit requests AssistProcess/Team Lead with creation of and data gathering for KPI& Metrics Assist Process Lead/Teamwith UAT Testing for new software releases Flexibility Able to accommodate a long shift on Mondays 7:30am9:30pm Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Fluency in English both written &verbal Ability to interact withclients 2 year college degree or 2 years ofequivalent work experience Proven record ofdelivering quality results on time with high attention todetail Uses logic to analyze data andcapability to draw conclusions and convey results Effective writing grammatical organizational analyticaland communication skills Proficient withuse of Google Tools (Docs Sheets Slides) and MicrosoftSuite Strong interpersonal skills and theability to work effectively with others Must be able to work accurately under deadlines and willing to workoutside regular business hours asrequired
