AccountingResponsibilities:
- Maintainaccurate financial records including ledgers journals and financialstatements.
- Prepare and analyzefinancial reports such as balance sheets income statements and cashflow statements.
- Ensure timely andaccurate processing of VAT returns and other taxfilings.
- Conduct regular audits toensure compliance with regulatory standards and internalpolicies.
- Assist in budgetpreparation and monitoring.
- Handleaccounts payable and receivable processesefficiently.
- Collaborate withexternal auditors and tax consultants asneeded.

- Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or relatedfield.
- Proven experience in bothaccounting and human resourcesroles.
- Strong knowledge ofaccounting principles andpractices.

- Typing speed of 5060words per minute with a pass in a typing testpreferred.
- Familiarity with HRfunctions such as recruitment payroll benefits administration andemployee relations.
- Proficiency inaccounting software and HR managementsystems.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Attention todetail and accuracy in work.
- Abilityto prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlinesconsistently.
- Pleasant personalitywith a positive attitude and professionaldemeanor.
- Professionalcertification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or PHR(Professional in Human Resources) preferred but notrequired.
- Experience in a similarrole within the insert industry industry would beadvantageous.
