    JobDescription:

    Weare seeking dynamic and detailoriented individuals to join our teamas Accountant Cum HR Executives. This role requires proficiency inboth accounting and human resources management along with apleasing personality and perfection in all accounting dutiesincluding VAT returns filing and balance sheet preparation.Candidates with a typing speed of 5060 words per minute and a passin a typing test arepreferred.


    MainResponsibilities:

    1. AccountingResponsibilities:

      • Maintainaccurate financial records including ledgers journals and financialstatements.
      • Prepare and analyzefinancial reports such as balance sheets income statements and cashflow statements.
      • Ensure timely andaccurate processing of VAT returns and other taxfilings.
      • Conduct regular audits toensure compliance with regulatory standards and internalpolicies.
      • Assist in budgetpreparation and monitoring.
      • Handleaccounts payable and receivable processesefficiently.
      • Collaborate withexternal auditors and tax consultants asneeded.

    2. HumanResourcesResponsibilities:

      • Managethe recruitment and onboarding process including job postingsresume screening and conductinginterviews.
      • Administer employeebenefits programs and ensure compliance with relevantregulations.
      • Coordinate performancemanagement processes including employee evaluations andgoalsetting.
      • Provide guidance andsupport to employees on HRrelatedissues.
      • Maintain employee recordsand ensure data accuracy andconfidentiality.
      • Assist indeveloping and implementing HR policies andprocedures.
      • Handle employeerelations and conflict resolution with professionalism andempathy.


    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in bothaccounting and human resourcesroles.
    • Strong knowledge ofaccounting principles andpractices.
    • Experience in VAT returnsfiling and balance sheet preparation isessential.
    • Typing speed of 5060words per minute with a pass in a typing testpreferred.
    • Familiarity with HRfunctions such as recruitment payroll benefits administration andemployee relations.
    • Proficiency inaccounting software and HR managementsystems.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Attention todetail and accuracy in work.
    • Abilityto prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlinesconsistently.
    • Pleasant personalitywith a positive attitude and professionaldemeanor.


    Benefits

    • Professionalcertification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or PHR(Professional in Human Resources) preferred but notrequired.
    • Experience in a similarrole within the insert industry industry would beadvantageous.

    Proven experience in both accounting and human resources roles.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with HR functions such as recruitment,payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.Proficiency in accounting software and HR management systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention todetail and accuracy in work. Ability to prioritize taskseffectively and meet deadlines consistently. Pleasant personalitywith a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
