    Subject Matter Expert -

    Experience: 3 to 5 years

    Qualification: Graduate, Science /Biochem background, Instructional Design degree/certification

    Position: Full-time

    Essential Job Functions

    • curriculum-specific client issues.
    • 2nd tier support of our content for customers.
    • curriculum-specific bugs and report defects.
    • as a Math or Math/Science Subject Matter Expert (SME).
    • with internal teams to resolve issues.
    • to customers following team communication protocols.
    • other Curriculum Support and Maintenance-related responsibilities as required.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
    • experience or curriculum development experience preferred.
    • writing and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
    • written/oral communication skills; an ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner.
    • in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • research and analytical skills.
    • to complete simple and complex projects, prioritize multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines.
    • interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • adaptable, and flexible while managing shifting internal expectations.
