    Overview:Weare looking for a person experienced in Early Childhood Educationadept at designing digital and offline instructional toolscomfortable with oncamera presentations and fluent in Hindi andMarathi with excellent communication skills andadaptability.
    KeyResponsibilities
    1. Designand development of Curriculum and Content for your subject area(ideation shooting video footage coordinating with media editors)along with other experienced Subject MatterExperts.
    2. Test and build expertise on digitalinstructional tools that are parentfacing and/or Anganwadiworker/teacherfacing.
    3. Plan and conducttrainings for different Target Groups
    4. Supportand organize the Learning Management System and schedulingplatform
    5. Develop assessment tools and conductuser research to understand userpreferences
    6. Support other internal andcrossteaminitiatives

    CriticalFactors for Success
    1. Background/Interest in Early Childhood Education.
    2. Minimum3 years of work experience in education either as a teacher or onteachertraining programs.
    3. Have a strongunderstanding of how children learn anddevelop.
    4. Have a strong belief in the power ofparents and teachers in the growth of thechild.
    5. Interest in developing expertise in thedesign and development of digital and offline instructionaltools.
    6. Be comfortable presenting in front ofthe camera.
    7. Willingness to travel frequently torecord video footage for creating content
    8. Beable to adapt to the demands of a young fastgrowingorganization.
    9. Be comfortable working withtechnology.
    10. Have excellent communicationskills.
    11. Be a fluent Hindi and Marathi speaker.
