    Description

    The Job

    To support our growth and the increased use of the Salesforce suite, we are seeking an administrator to share in the daily management and drive future developments.

    From basic tasks to complex processes and integrations, Salesforce is the central tool for Believe's sales teams with nearly 500 daily users. Products: Sales Cloud & Pardot.

    Here's what your day will look like :

  • By joining the Intranet and Salesforce team, you will perform the following missions:
  • Contribute to defining Salesforce's trajectory within Believe.
  • Configure Salesforce (roles, profiles, permissions, security).
  • Maintain and create new processes, flows, validation rules, etc., to help automate operations as needed.
  • Develop and maintain connections with third-party systems (Internal ERP, CLM solution, institutional website, Power BI, etc.).
  • Create and maintain technical documentation associated with the configurations made.
  • Ensure data quality in Salesforce: manage duplicates, improve field completion rates, measure usage.
  • Create reports and data visualizations based on team and user needs.
  • Provide support to users and assist with all daily needs of sales teams on Salesforce.

  • You are proactive in integrating a business approach and results oriented.
  • You have a strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and a deep understanding of Salesforce's standard capabilities.
  • Certification as an "Administrator" or equivalent would be a plus.
  • You are familiar with SCRUM & Agile methodologies.
  • You have previous experience in API integration and maintenance.
  • You demonstrate rigor, analytical, and synthesis skills.
  • You have good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Your English proficiency is fluent, both oral and written.
