    QualificationsandExperience:


    Graduate in Electrical / Electronics
    MBA marketing willbe an added advantage
    Good working knowledge of MS OfficeExcel
    Must have knowledge of Siemens Automation productslike PLC PLC modules Power Supply HMI Scada DCS Siemens LV DrivesVFD Lapp make Cables Electrical Panels Like MCC Panels PCC PanelsAPFC Panel Drives Panel PLC Panel Basic Knowledge of Switchgearsmotors. Machine Retrofitting/Upgradation.

    Responsibilities:


    Generating business leads for Automation & Industry 4.0solutions by visiting potential customers
    The position isresponsible for the field sales of Siemens products.
    Understanding the technical requirements of clients and coordinatewith our internal team for preparing the solutions and offerings asper the commitment given to customers.
    Prepare the offerproposal with accuracy and share it with clients in the given timelines.
    Manage final negotiation to finalize the orderfrom the client.
    Responsible to implement & monitormonthly quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per thebusiness sales forecast. Effectively conducts customer visitsestablishing new and maintaining existing relationships withCustomers.
    Creating account plans for each (KEY) accountsand manage the execution plan against each of these plans. Abilityto travel 70% of the time is required.
    Proven salesexperience and a good track record for exceeding sales targets isrequired. To manage the targets assigned by the management.
    Respond promptly to sales requests for customerengagement needs.
    Maintain the data and periodicanalytics for Managementreview.

    Skills/Requirements:


    Should be an extrovert selfmotivated personality with aresultsdriven approach and be very strong in negotiation andconvincing.
    Good communication & presentation skillswith an eye for details.
    Competent to handle product demoand technical queries for customers.
    The job profileinvolves regular traveling at client sites. Having a personalvehicle is a mandated requirement for the applicant for thisprofile.
    Having a good network of potential industrieswill be an added advantage for the candidate.
    An abilityto build and manage good relations with clients isessential.
