    Role Overview:

    The General Manager (HR and Finance) will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of our office operations and will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy to expand our team to 100+ members within the next 2 years.

    This role will have dual responsibilities, focusing on both end-to-end HR management and comprehensive finance management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in HR and finance management, and a proven track record of success in a technology company environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    HR Management:

    1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
    2. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
    3. Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
    4. Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    5. Foster a culture of employee engagement, recognition, and retention through effective communication and employee relations initiatives.
    6. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
    7. Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.

    Finance Management:

    1. Develop and oversee the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
    2. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, expense management, and payroll processing.
    3. Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
    4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
    5. Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing strategies and revenue optimization initiatives.
    6. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
    7. Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

    Qualifications:

    • MBA or equivalent from a reputed college with a focus on HR and/or Finance.
    • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a technology company environment.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    • Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
