Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to create engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update the database with accurate client information and communication records.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and address client needs.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for better results.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the founder to contribute to the overall success of Recruiting Genie and Accounting Genie.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Selfmotivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Understanding of recruiting and accounting firms is a plus.
