Reservations Supervisor - Delhi, Delhi, India - Bloom Hotel Group
Description
1)Reservation Management: Ensure the efficient and accurate management of all reservations, including processing, modification, and cancellation of bookings, while adhering to established reservation policies and procedures.
2)
Customer Service Excellence: Lead the reservation team in providing exceptional customer service. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Monitor and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
3)
Team Supervision:
Efficiently manage the reservation team, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
4)
Reporting and Analysis:Develop and maintain reservation forecasts and reports, analyzing data to make informed decisions. Provide regular reports to the management team on reservation performance and trends5)
Reservation System Maintenance: Ensuring the reservation system is up to date and functioning properly.
Collaborating with IT and software vendors to address any technical issues.
Keeping the team informed about updates and changes to the reservation system.
6)
Training and Development:
- Continuously improving the skills and knowledge of the reservation team through training programs and workshops.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹22, ₹26,000.00 per month
