Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our offline marketing efforts primarily across our retail stores.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the customer experience, drive foot traffic, and boost sales.
This role requires a deep understanding of traditional marketing channels and the ability to integrate them with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Create and manage marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and retail calendar.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand customer behaviour.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and product launches.
Coordinate with store managers and staff to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for offline marketing projects.
Brand Development:
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all offline marketing channels.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and signage.
Partnerships and Sponsorships:
Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance marketing efforts.
Negotiate sponsorship deals and manage relationships with external partners.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns.
Generate reports and provide insights to senior management on campaign effectiveness and ROI.Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Key Requirements & Skills:
MSc/ MBA degree in Marketing.
Minimum experience of 7 Years.
Demonstrable experience in marketing, together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving retail sales.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
