    We are a renowned restaurant company seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager with a specialization in Social Media to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand's online presence, engaging with our target audience, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies with a strong focus on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
    • Lead the development and execution of social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
    • Create captivating and on-brand social media content, including images, videos, and written copy, that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, and proactively incorporate new strategies to enhance our online presence.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative designers and content creators, to develop high-quality and visually appealing marketing materials.
    • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
    • Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach and engagement.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
    • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
    • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing regular updates to management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a specialization in social media.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
    • Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience with social media management tools.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficient in content creation tools, photo and video editing software, and social media scheduling platforms.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
    • Passion for the culinary industry and a good understanding of the restaurant landscape.
