    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data solutioning and management. Manage data operations processes to bring in asset-level data on client's investments into an internal platform, including handling of operations and non-routine queries from business users and external information providers.
    • Exposure to financial services industry, specifically private markets and possess knowledge on various KPI's w.r.t Private Equity and Real Estate Funds.
    • Strong passion in data governance and management by investigating and resolving data exceptions and data quality issues. Identify roadblocks in achieving high standards of data quality and design solutions to enable better outcomes.
    • Strong email communication and people engagement skills to be able to interact internally within team and externally across functions.
    • Possess strong learning agility, self-driven, pro-active and great sense of purpose to relook on existing and previous quarter data.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volume of data. Implement data projects that improve the efficiency of data operations, including but not limited to data collection outsourcing and working with business to optimize data collection processes

    Key Competencies:

    • CFA, Master's degree/ MBA in Strategy, Finance, Operations or Economics
    • 3-6 years of experience in strategy research and analysis, preferably Tech sector.
    • Experience in handling projects independently
    • Strong problem solving abilities and analytical thinking skills, as evidenced by extensive experience in utilizing those skills in research and consulting environment. Adept at synthesizing information to generate insights
    • Strong communication skills.

    Candidates open to work from office premises and from Real Estate background would be preferred.
