    We are currently inviting applications for a Managerial Data Engineer position with the following requirements :

    Advanced SQL (windows functions & CTE's) .

    - Python .

    - Pyspark .

    - Design and solutioning skills .

    - Experience in handling teams and stakeholders .

    - Business acumen .

    - Strong logical skills .

    - Good communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Lead a team of data engineers in the design, development, and implementation of data solutions that meet business requirements and drive strategic goals.

    Utilize advanced SQL skills, including window functions and Common Table Expressions (CTEs), to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

    Leverage Python and PySpark to develop scalable and efficient data processing pipelines, incorporating best practices in coding standards and performance optimization.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.

    Apply strong design and solutioning skills to architect robust and scalable data platforms and systems that support our analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

    Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on technical skills development, project execution, and career growth.

    Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

    Demonstrate business acumen by understanding the company's goals and objectives and aligning data engineering efforts to support them effectively.

    Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.

    Required Skills :

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    8-12 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in SQL, Python, and PySpark.

    Advanced proficiency in SQL, including expertise in window functions and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).

    Demonstrated experience in designing and building scalable data processing pipelines using Python and PySpark.

    Strong design and solutioning skills, with the ability to architect complex data platforms and systems.

    Experience in handling teams and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Business acumen and the ability to understand business needs and align data engineering efforts to support strategic objectives.

    Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive innovative solutions.

    Details :

    Experience : 8+ years.

    Work Mode : Hybrid.
