    Description

    Job Description :

    Our client is a leading crypto bank simplifying access to the crypto markets through a suite of fully regulated banking services in Switzerland.

    The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who will support the firm to automate investment processes, ensure the efficiency of system and data architecture, and develop new investment tools.

    Roles and Responsibilities :


    • Backtest multi asset class strategies on global markets by leveraging the firm's existing platform
    • Develop and automate investment processes via Python, R and MATLAB
    • Develop tools to integrate investment decision systems with risk management systems
    • Keenly track global financial markets to Improve existing tools and identify new opportunities
    • Build and maintain libraries and code base which can be integrated into the overall platform
    • Document code functionalities, new functions and processes added to the existing database
    To Qualify for the role :

    • Comp Science/Engineering/Computational Math/Econometrics backgrounds from Tier 1 institutions (IITs/NITs only)
    • Must have demonstrated programming experience with Python, R and Excel-VBA.
    Experience in working / creating customized Python and MATLAB libraries

    • Experienced in quantitative backtesting in asset classes, stocks, futures and options
    • Min. 2 years of Python experience mandatory
    • Understanding of financial market products like options, futures, FX swaps etc
