    Job Title: Performance Marketer

    Job Summary:

    As a Performance Marketer at Digitally Global, you will be responsible for driving the growth and optimization of online marketing campaigns to achieve revenue and business objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, email, and affiliate networks. Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to optimize performance.

    Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to improve ROI. Regularly report on KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

    Optimization Techniques: Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign efficiency.

    Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize returns. Negotiate and purchase ad inventory as needed.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful ad creatives. Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.

    Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and marketing best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.

    Customer Insights: Understand customer segments and tailor campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

    Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).

    Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Google AdWord, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

    Deep understanding of data or data modelling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.

    Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.

    Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
