    Description

    Because was founded on the idea that every modern business needs a CMO-level expert to lead its marketing efforts. Bringing clients the resources of a full-service agency with the attention of an in-house team consisting of young alumni from NID, NIFT, UID, Nirma, Symbiosis, GLS, PDEU we're shifting the marketing paradigm by putting client success ahead of our own.

    Who are we looking for:

    UI/UX DESIGNER

    Location: Ahmedabad, India

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our users.
    • Develop and refine user personas and map user journeys to ensure a user-centric approach in all design aspects.
    • Design UI elements using Figma, ensuring high-quality visuals and user interactions.
    • Create and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
    • Develop and design dashboards using data visualization tools such as Microsoft BI and Tableau.
    • Utilize no-code tools like Framer and Webflow to prototype and iterate on design solutions rapidly.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
    • Continuously update and refine UI as user needs evolve and feedback is gathered.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
    • Proficiency in Figma and other visual design and wire-framing tools.
    • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation using Microsoft BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
    • Knowledge of no-code platforms such as Framer and Webflow.
    • Experience in designing mobile and web application interfaces.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
