    Description

    Responsibilities :


    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals in the Insurtech sector.
    • Conduct user research, and testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
    • Transform complex insurance concepts into intuitive interfaces ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.
    • Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation considering technical constraints.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging design trends in Insurtech and digital insurance.
    • Establish and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides to promote consistency.
    Requirements :

    • 59 years of UI/UX design experience.
    • Deep understanding of design trends, customer journey mapping, and usercentered design methodologies.
    • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, and similar software.
    • Strong knowledge of responsive design principles for web and mobile platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and share research findings.
    • Experience conducting user research activities and familiarity with agile development processes.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a designrelated field or equivalent practical experience.
