    Description

    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries

    2. Oversee day-to-day call center operations, including call routing, staffing, and performance monitoring

    3. Develop and implement call center strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

    4. Analyze call center data to identify trends and areas for improvement

    5. Train and coach call center staff to enhance their skills and performance

    6. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence

    7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service

    8. Manage client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
