    Hiringfor an Diamond Jewelry Quality Assurance SpecialistJob

    Location BKC (Bandra East)Mumbai

    Experience required 23Years

    Salary 2.5 lakh to 3lakh

    Key responsibilitiesinclude:

    • Conductthorough inspection of Jewelry using expertise of gems diamondsmetals and jewelry manufacturing and adhering to BE qualitystandards.
    • Document inspection results systemand provide internal crossfunctional partners with repair optionsand costs to provide to customer.
    • Review andaddress designer requests promptly in partnership with designproduction and sales teams.
    • Notify appropriatepartners for vendor issues or reoccurring product quality issues.
    • Execute quality assurance best practices toensure inventory and finished product meet LabGlows high qualitystandards.
    • Meet daily processing timelines.
    • Build and maintain external partner and vendorrelationships.
    • Assist with presales andpostsales support including processingreturns.
    • Assist with ordering trackingreceiving and processing orders.
    • Assist informulating and implementing policies and procedures to ensuresmooth operation of business.

    Specific qualifications:

    • 2 years of jewelry quality controlexperience
    • Demonstrating an experience andtraining as a bench jeweller would be an added qualification but isnot mandatory.
    • Strong attention to detail in afast paced deadline driven environment
    • Highlyorganized with focus on execution problem solving and improvingprocesses
    • Exceptional time management skillsand accountability
    • Ability to think criticallyand adapt quickly in a flexible environment
    • Team player with an ability to workcollaboratively
    • Entrepreneurial spirit andselfstarter
    • Robust computer skills includingexcel
    • Graduatepreferred
