    Work you'll do

    You will primarily be responsible for facilitating technical training sessions of PeopleStrong Product suite.


    This role will suit an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the capacity and experience to work closely with stakeholders and follow through to deliver impactful business results through implementation, delivery and measurement of the training.

    To be successful in this role you'll need to be well organized with your verbal and written communication skills.


    Qualifications, Skills, And Experience Required:

    • 9+ Years of corporate training experience.
    • Technical degree or relevant work experience required. (Preferably BTech+ MBA)
    • Manage team file management, templates, training records and other project documentation.
    • Supports Academy social media and engagement through different channels.
    • Stakeholder management proactively work across global and regional stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated, endtoend training experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring.
    • Ability to create content independently for delivering the training programs and PeopleStrong Induction Program.
    • Skilled in explaining technical concepts to adult learners and provide businessspecific technical examples to make the learning relevant and practical.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all levels
    • Be able to provide Demo's in a way that would help the learners grasp the concepts.
    • Can corelate the concepts with real time examples and bring in live project experiences.
    • Competent user level of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adept in Articulate will be addon.
    • Any Certification of training facilitation/content development gives you an added advantage.
    Selection Process


    • An assignment will be provided to the shortlisted candidate to evaluate their spot-on training delivery/facilitation skills followed by content development skills with respect to making a Power Point Presentation.
    • There will be 1 hour which will be allotted for creating live content followed by 30 minutes of live Training Delivery basis the evaluation criteria.
    • There will be minimum 4 rounds of Interview which the candidate will be taken through basis the shortlisting.
