As a Robotics Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs and workshops related to robotics technology and programming.

Your primary focus will be to educate and empower students, professionals, or individuals interested in learning about robotics. You will provide hands-on training, guidance, and support to help learners develop essential skills in robotics design, construction, programming, and problem-solving


Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:
Design and develop training curriculum and materials for robotics courses based on target audience and skill levels.
Create instructional plans, lesson outlines, and learning objectives aligned with industry standards and emerging trends in robotics.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, group activities, hands-on projects, and simulations, to enhance learning experiences.

Technical Support and Guidance:
Assist learners in understanding robotics hardware and software components, including sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and programming languages.
Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to address technical issues during practical sessions and projects.

Skill Development:
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Facilitate hands-on activities and projects to help learners develop practical skills in robotics design, construction, programming, and automation.

Progress Assessment:
Evaluate and assess learners' progress through assignments, quizzes, projects, and practical exams.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve their skills and knowledge in robotics.

Stay Updated:
Continuously update your knowledge of the latest robotics technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with other trainers, educators, and professionals in the robotics field to exchange knowledge and best practices.
Work closely with program coordinators or managers to ensure training programs meet the desired objectives and outcomes.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in robotics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in robotics design, programming, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of robotics hardware components, sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, ROS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching/training is preferred.
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic training environment.
  • Passion for robotics and a genuine interest in fostering learning and skills development in others.

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
