    Description

    About the internship:

    As an HR intern at LA Technologies India Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while working closely with the operations team. Your proficiency in English and MS Excel will be essential in carrying out your responsibilities effectively.

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Support in onboarding new employees by preparing documents, coordinating orientation sessions, and updating employee records

    2. Support in maintaining and updating HR databases and employee files

    3. Collaborate with the operations team to streamline HR processes and implement efficiency improvements

    4. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
